EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee consists of eight (8) members who serve as the association’s Board of Trustees each fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). The Executive Committee includes the following: President, President Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, immediate Past President, and three (3) Members-at-Large who are appointed by the current President.
The Executive Committee meets at least four (4) times per year (July 1 – July 30) in order to conduct regular business of the Clark County Bar Association.

2022-2023 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
President: Judge Katrine Lancaster
The President is a CCBA member who serves as the chief executive officer and presides at all meetings of the Association. The President also serves as chair of the Executive Committee and conducts the daily operations under the direction of the Executive Committee.
President Elect: Zachary Harvey
In the absence of the President, the President Elect shall discharge the duties of the office and perform such duties as may be required by the President or the Executive Committee. The President Elect succeeds to the office of the President upon expiration of his or her term as President Elect.
Vice President: Magistrate Ann Ringler
In the absence of the President and the President Elect, the Vice President shall discharge the duties of the President and shall perform such duties as may be required by the President or the Executive Committee. The Vice President succeeds to office of President Elect.
Secretary: Casaundra Johnson
The Secretary shall keep all records of all regular and special meetings of the Association and shall perform such other duties as may be required by the President or the Executive Committee. The Secretary is elected by majority vote during the CCBA’s annual meeting.
Treasurer: Rachael Jenkins
The Treasurer collects and disburses CCBA funds, subject to the control of the Executive Committee. The Treasurer also prepares and submits an annual report at the CCBA’s annual meeting, as well as interim reports as required by the Executive Committee. The Treasurer performs other duties as may be required by the President or the Executive Committee. The Treasurer is elected by majority vote during the CCBA’s annual meeting.

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
The Governance Committee is responsible for nominating elected officers for the next fiscal year. The Governance Committee meets on or before April 15 in order to nominate candidates for President Elect, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, and reports the name of each nominee to the Secretary by May 1. The Secretary reports the Governance Committee’s nominees to CCBA members at the annual meeting, during which officers are elected by majority vote of CCBA member in good standing.
